If you look at the levels by Benjamin2, Floor 1, Room 1-10 you will note room 5 differs markedly in design from the other nine. So i think it is safe to assume this level is made by Carlos Montiers 2011. For further evidence find the level on LetsLogic in the collections Suitcase 1(level 171) and Member Levels(level 601). By the way I searched my Benjamin2 collection for duplicates and only found this level.
