  To avoid the updating error it is either or both of these things. Do not press the undo button, so a clean run is necessary and when coming back out of the portal to the main area have the switch pressed before walking through the portal into the main area.

  The portals will give you the error
  Also I got 610 with my error solution but now I can't get it again
